CENTIPLED Sterilised Non Absorbable Suture Pledget / Buttress are made from expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene [ePTFE] and are intended for use as a pad between the suture area and the tissue surface to increase the load bearing area, to secure support for fragile tissues and protect the tissue from rupturing or friction caused by sutures and are available in three shapes [circular, rectangular and oval] and (soft or hard).

CENTIPLED Sterilised Non Absorbable ePTFE Suture Pledget / Buttress are uniquely designed to provide non- absorbent tissue protection during the suturing process and are indicated whenever there is a possibility of sutures tearing tissue, support sutures and reinforce delicate vascular and cardiac tissue allowing the patient time to heal.

CENTIPLED Sterilised Non-Absorbable ePTFE Suture Pledget / Buttress are indicated for use in cardiovascular tissue. CENTIPLED Sterilised Non-Absorbable ePTFE Suture Pledget / Buttress are used to mechanically secure and support sutures in fragile tissue and organ parenchyma’s, when a non‐absorbable suture is indicated.
